ABOUT ME
Zac’s preferred age group is 10+. His specialties include anxiety, depression, ADHD, anxiety, divorce counseling, gender identity, LGBTQIA2+, immigration issues, psychometric testing, support for refugees, sleep disorders or insomnia, addiction counseling, eating disorders, anger management, positive psychology, services for diverse cultural backgrounds, autism, and military personnel. Identity/lived experience: LGBTQIA2+ and cultural transition. Cultural knowledge: Latine, Filipino, and Chinese communities.
His aspiration is to be a respected therapist within the LGBT+ community, skilled at working with a diverse clientele and employing a variety of therapeutic practices tailored to each individual. To achieve this, I prioritize ongoing education and a growth mindset as fundamental principles for myself and my clients. He is professionally fluent in Spanish and am currently studying Mandarin. Ultimately, his goal is to offer therapy in clients' native languages, thereby reducing cultural and language barriers.
Throughout his internship, his professional growth and clinical practice is under the direct supervision and guidance of Kimberly Minton, LICSW (She/Her).
