IMTW specializes in delivering innovative training, emotional safety planning, and holistic support services to create healthier, more welcoming and safe workplaces.
Our Services

Objective: To kickstart IMTW’s integration at RingCentral with personalized strategy development and tailored business proposals.
Service Overview: This includes an in-depth discovery call and customized business blueprint developed by an IMTW Leadership Team and an IMTW Coach.
Outcome: A comprehensive business proposal will be created, including contract review and strategic recommendations that align with RingCentral’s DEI and well-being goals.

Objective: To provide RingCentral with a dynamic wellness framework that evolves in response to employee needs.
Service Overview:
Tailored Wellness Blueprint: Begins with focus group discussions (led by IMTW coaches) involving leadership and support staff. These discussions will assess the mental health and wellness needs of employees. A comprehensive survey and assessment will follow, collecting feedback from all employees to refine the wellness strategy.
Dynamic Strategy Evolution: A biannual program where the wellness strategy is reviewed and adjusted twice a year. The Holistic Wellness Program will be updated once in the first quarter and again at mid-year to keep pace with organizational changes.

Objective: To provide rapid mental health support to employees, enhancing overall well-being and productivity.
Service Overview:
60-minute coaching sessions within 2 business days.
Two providers available for up to 30 sessions per week, ensuring quick access to support. Employees can also connect with other available coaches within 2-3 days if needed.

Objective: To foster inclusive leadership and growth in RingCentral’s organizational culture.
Service Overview:
In-Person Seminar: A half-day seminar (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM) covering inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and LGBTQ+ allyship.
Ongoing Virtual Training: A 6-week virtual training (1 hour per week, 2 hours total) designed to develop cultural competency, communication skills, and team collaboration to further promote inclusivity.

ThriveSpace Portal: A customized wellness portal featuring coping strategies, training videos, guided meditations, yoga, and company-specific resources.
Monthly Training & Weekly Blogs: Personalized content delivered through monthly training videos and weekly blogs from the company coach, alongside direct scheduling for personalized sessions.

QuickAid: Rapid support for employees facing immediate conflict or communication breakdowns, promoting quick resolutions and maintaining productivity.
Restoration Hub: A full-day, in-person program for conflict integration, an alternative 4-hour virtual support session or four 1-hour sessions to provide employees with tools and strategies for navigating workplace conflicts.
