Sarah Christine is a dedicated and compassionate therapist, holding a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Human Development. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor, Sarah has honed her expertise in providing comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations and communities through a queer and feminist lens. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
Sarah brings a rich repertoire of evidence-based modalities to her therapeutic practice. These specialized techniques allow her to address trauma, manage emotional dysregulation, and foster positive cognitive and behavioral changes in her clients.
Sarah’s extensive experience as a psychotherapist includes a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a widely recognized approach proven effective in treating various mental health concerns. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family by sharing meals with one another or watching movies. Sarah also spends time outdoors with her constant companion, Lola, her 7-year-old Labrador mix. Living along the United States and Mexico border also allows for her to take weekend visits to Juarez, Mexico to enjoy the food and culture of El Paso’s sister city.
