Natashia is dedicated and compassionate about helping individuals overcome the overwhelming demands and circumstances of life that lead to stress, fear, worry, fatigue, frustration, anger, and even depression, helping them find their voice.

She specializes in various age groups, including adolescents, young adults, middle-aged individuals, and elders. Her expertise covers issues like abuse, addiction, ADHD, alcohol use, anger management, anxiety, blended families, co-parenting, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, drug use, family counseling, gender identity, grief, holistic coaching, trauma, infidelity, neurodivergence, OCD, parenting, PTSD, postpartum care, premarital counseling, psychological assessments, stress management, transgender issues, and troubled teens. Areas of focus include BDSM/kink/poly-positive approaches, peer support, racial inclusivity, sex positivity, and being an ally to sex workers, as well as spiritual healing practices, spiritual/religious trauma and healing, and coaching or therapy for activists, healthcare workers, first responders, and educators.

Natashia draws from her lived experiences, including her African American/Canadian heritage and cultural knowledge of African American, Canadian, diasporic, and Black cultures.
