Every individual's journey is unique, and she’s here to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're grappling with anxiety that keeps you up at night, navigating a difficult life transition, or simply feeling that something isn't quite right, your experiences matter. You don't have to face these challenges alone. In your work together, she will create a supportive and empathetic environment where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. Her role is not to judge or to fix, but to walk alongside you, offering guidance, tools, and insights to help you navigate your path to peace.
As a licensed mental health therapist, she specializes in helping individuals navigate life's challenges and improve their overall well-being. Her approach is client-centered and evidence-based, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs.
She understands that reaching out for help can feel daunting. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure if therapy is right for you. These feelings are completely normal and valid. She wants you to know that taking this step is a sign of strength, not weakness. Every individual's journey is unique, and she is here to meet you exactly where you are.
