ABOUT ME
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges while uncovering their capacity for growth and resilience. My work is grounded in a belief that healing begins with rewriting the stories we've been told—about ourselves, our relationships, and the world—so we can create a path that reflects our authentic selves.
I specialize in working with adolescents through adults from diverse communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent individuals, creatives, and those in non-traditional relationships such as polyamory, ENM, Etc. My areas of expertise include navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, infidelity, parenting, divorce, and significant life transitions.
As a relational and attachment-focused therapist, I approach my work with warmth, creativity, and a touch of humor, making sessions a safe and inviting space. I use evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, TF-CBT, the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor my approach to meet each client's needs.
This career is a midlife evolution for me, inspired by my journey of overcoming challenges as a single parent, navigating divorce, and stepping away from a previous career to create a life aligned with my values. These experiences inform my work, allowing me to approach therapy with authenticity, relatability, and a deep belief in my client's ability to grow, heal, and thrive.
Whether navigating systemic or generational wounds, seeking support for your relationship, or simply yearning to reclaim your story, I am here to walk with you. We'll foster empowerment, embrace healing, and build a life reflecting your unique rules.
