ABOUT ME

William Bruce Gaddis III is a Licensed Master Social Woker based in the “The Last Frontier”, Fairbanks, Alaska, and is a Spanish and English speaking, unapologetically Black professional with a heart for the healing and empowerment of marginalized communities. William has worked in the Behavioral Health and SUD (substance use disorder) field for over ten years, providing zealous, patient centered care to a wide range demographics and various intersections.

William’s skillset caters to the recipient by utilizing motivational interviewing, trauma informed, and culturally/socially aware approaches to assist the recipient in their service through modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

Beyond his professional experience, he holds a Master of Social Work from Missouri Baptist University and certifications as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Supervisor (CDCS) and D.O.T. Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).
