ABOUT ME
Welcome! You are invited to breathe and take a gentle embrace of your mind, body, and soul. I specialize in trauma recovery, perinatal mental health, and intergenerational healing, helping humans who feel stuck, unseen, or burdened by unresolved memories. Whether you’re a new mom struggling with postpartum challenges, someone navigating the weight of familial trauma, or just a human working through anxiety and disconnection, I’m here to support your healing journey.
As a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) candidate and Clinical Trauma Professional, I bring expertise in maternal mental health, perinatal trauma, and birth-related PTSD—offering a nurturing space for mothers to process their emotions, strengthen their confidence, and reclaim joy in motherhood. I also work extensively with intergenerational trauma, attachment wounds, and self-worth struggles, helping clients shift long-standing narratives and reclaim their inner power.
I integrate CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to help my clients reconnect with their bodies, reduce emotional overwhelm, and cultivate peace. My work is rooted in scientific, therapeutic, and faith-based perspectives, empowering humans to heal holistically—mind, body, and soul.
I am deeply committed to racial equity and social justice advocacy, creating a space where black men and women can reclaim their joy, self-liberation, and inherent worth, and break generational cycles with the support and affirmation deserve.
Let’s work together to break cycles, restore balance, and create a life that feels like love—because healing is not just possible, it’s yours to claim.
